Crystal Aleman is a freelance hair and makeup artist from Richmond, Virginia. She is currently working with major news and entertainment networks in New York City, where she has been styling various celebrities and news personalities for over five years. Crystal’s work has been featured on shows including Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, World News Tonight with David Muir, 20/20, The Dr. Oz Show, The Katie Couric Show, various ESPN programs including First Take with Tony Realli, as well as other ABC News digital shows such as Popcorn with Peter Travers. 

Working with such major talents and personalities did not happen overnight. Crystal obtained extensive training and education in hair and makeup at the Paul Mitchell School. From there, it was on to the bright lights of Manhattan. Crystal began her career training, apprenticing, and shadowing top hair stylists in the industry, all while perfecting her blow out skills at one of the most popular blow dry bars in America.

Crystal has appeared on TLC's Say Yes to the Dress as a personal hairstylist to Good Morning America anchor Ginger Zee. Her work has been published in major magazines such as US Weekly, People, and Chloe Magazine. Crystal has worked with many celebrities including Al Pacino, Ashanti, President Carter, Charlie Sheen, Quentin Tarantino, Diane Sawyer, Brian May, Lindsey Stirling, the cast of Dancing with the Stars, Nick Carter, Brandon Boyd, the lead singers of Blink 182 - Matt Skiba and Mark Hoppus, Sandra Lee, and many others. Crystal has styled the tour of various artists including Ariana Grande, One Direction, Mariah Carey, James Bay, Elle King, and many more. Crystal has glammed up stars for the Met Gala's red carpet, which was exclusively showcased in Vogue Magazine. 

Crystal has a strong creative eye for the latest trends, especially in the bridal world. Crystal’s bridal work focuses around catering to brides’ each and every hair and makeup need for their big day. Crystal specializes in using airbrush makeup, which clients love for its flawless finish and all day wear. She works to bring the glamour of the red carpet and high fashion of NYC to a bride’s big day, while incorporating a touch of her own personal charm and style. Crystal is known for finding the perfect hair piece made from various materials that she feels will fit her clients style. Crystal has traveled across the U.S. for weddings, and is able to travel for any weddings or events with proper notice and booking.
